Zumba® / Dance Move
Zumba® is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting program based on the principle that a workout should be “fun and easy to do.” The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
This combo class alternates between cardio patterns on the Step and muscle conditioning using a variety of drills and equipment. Suggested equipment includes hand weights or alternatives you can use for resistance (tubing, body weight) and step(s).
Boot Camp / Outdoor
Challenge yourself in a class that involves intervals of cardio drills, resistance training and calisthenics using your body weight such as push-ups and squats. Suggested equipment include hand weights or alternatives you can use for resistance (tubing, body weight) and a mat or towel.
H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training)
This high intensity class consists of cardiovascular and muscle conditioning intervals. You can get long lasting fat-burning and heart-busting benefits from one great session. Suggested equipment include hand weights or alternatives you can use for resistance (tubing, body weight) and a mat or towel.
A dynamic and energy-filled cardio/muscle training workout. Rotate through cardio and strength intervals on the step and BOSU, incorporating hand weights, body bars, and other equipment that will work your body head to toe. This low-impact, high-intensity class will not only increase your strength and balance, it will transform your body.
